In 1997 Tulsa Stockyards Inc. was purchased by Joe Don Eaves.  Since then he has spent those years working hard to provide an honest and competitive market place for the ranchers and farmers of Oklahoma. The market has risen, under Joe Don's direction, from 50,000 head to more than 120,000 in 2005.  Tulsa Stockyards always ranks in the top 5 markets for Oklahoma and the surrounding areas. We always welcome new consignors and appreciate all the buyers and sellers that have let us help them in the past.

Joe Don purchased Tulsa Stockyards Inc. from Everett Salley in the Fall of 1996 and took over daily operations in January of 1997. Joe Don has served for several years on the Oklahoma Beef Council Board of Directors, Oklahoma Livestock Market Assoc., Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Advisory Committee and world Livestock Auctioneer Committee.
